I find meatballs to not be as easy as it looks to make. I'm getting the hang of cooking them but this looks very appealing. Interesting concept of ingredients.

this are not italian meatballs,the italian meatballs are a food of south italy, no of "veneto"

what do u smoke man ?Make your English recept not italian !Italian Meat Ball are : - Mixted meat from pork and cow ( macinato misto )- Parmesan chease- Eggs- Bread in the milk and pressed - Muskat nuts- Salt and pepper

We don' t do meatball like that in italy, really, but seems a good taste. We usually do meatballs mixing different types of meat.
