Nicko cooks his famous Spaghetti & Meatballs!Ingredients -MEATBALLS:- 500g ground beef mince, 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese, 3 tablespoons of dried italian seasoning, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon garlic paste, 1 cup stale breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup fresh chopped basil, and pinch of salt and pepper.SAUCE:- 1 diced onion, 2 rashers of bacon diced, 1 cup of mushrooms diced, 1 can of diced tomatoes, 1 tablespoon garlic paste, 2 tablespoons tomato paste, 1/4 cup of fresh chopped parsley.PASTA:- Use half of a standard size pasta package. Use angel hair or thin pasta preferably. 2 litres of water to boil, 1 tablespoon salt.

Did this last night and it was excellent! Changed the bacon to some flake salt with two drops of a product called Liquid Smoke on it and it sure smelled like bacon and tasted beautifully. When you do not eat pork you'll have to be a little creative!Great thanks Nicko, you are the best!
