i'm really looking for a way to cook Wild Boar in steak form. I know that it needs to be cooked a bit on the rare side since it's so lean. I'm just looking for a general cooking method and what to put with it. If anyone can give me some hints or link a video I would appreciate it. krismoore1984 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)

That does look like a very rich dish, but does it look so tasty!I always liked Rick Stein's presentation though some of his dishes do look a bit too restrained. He has a great understanding of food and culture. sb300182 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)

Each to their own. I've sampled a fair few dishes around the world & I rank ours up there with the rest. Maybe I'm biased though. toxicabecou (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
