Turkey Meatballs Recipe: (CLICK FOR MORE)- Lean Ground Turkey (1/2 pound)- Gluten Free Bread Crumbs- Milk- One Egg- Chopped Fresh Parsley (four tablespoons- reserve parsley leaves for decoration)- Tomato Sauce (one cup)- Fresh Grated Parmesan CheeseDirections: Combine first five ingredients in a bowl. Form into meatballs and lay on foil-covered baking sheet. Bake them at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes (until inside is no longer pink). Once they are done cut in half and sprinkle with fresh grated parmesan cheese. Add left over sprig of parsley leaf on top of each one for decoration.
