I have not been cooking much lately I have been very busy with charity work and have started New Music Monday where I feature a local band with new/original music each month. I made a Lamb, sugar pea(cascadia), green bean (dragon tounge) and garlic stir fry with brown rice. Very tasty and I used butter instead of oil which was a trick in itself. Very glad to have you inspiring me and very tasty stir fry! Oh, I used bacon I cooked on the BBQ too!

Hi - Sherry is a wine. Here I use cooking sherry which can be found in most local grocery stores near the vinegar :)
