BTW, I just sold my restaurant and will be starting as a pampered chef person real soon, as soon as the paperwork arrives. I used a lot of pampered chef tools and cooking pots etc... at the restaurant and absolutely swear by the things I used. I look forward to teaching others quick tips and quick meals and using long term thinking techniques for meals down the road.

Top Ramen has too much sodium and msg. Cramps my style. I say if you're willing to chop a few vegies, then go the extra mile and make your own stock. You can boil water with the asian spices and herbs while prepping everything else. Kids are fine with ramen but there are those that just can't. When I get my Pampered Chef business started, I'll offer both ways. You can also use yakisoba noodles found at costco real cheap and cases of ramen if you are going that route.

I have made this at shows and it is delicious and easy! The only problem is the massive sodium because of the seasoning packet from the ramen noodles ...
