MCT oil is DERIVED from coconut oil, but not the same thing with regard to recipes. The recipes can be found on my website which is listed above. I can't list it on the comments section because youtube won't allow it.

MCT oil is cocunut oil. Ideally we should get the organic extra virgin and if it is raw, even better. Coconut is very good for hich heat cooking because it is highly stable.Is there anywhere where I can find your recipes written? Thanks for your service!
