if you are following this video at the part where they put the egg in, you should put a table spoon of oil in your wok, then put the egg in the oil and fry the egg in the oil, it shouldn't stick. ( i put soy and sriracha on top of the egg once its in the pan and flavor the eggs) also, a wooden spoon is the utensil i use. hope this helps.
