Curry chicken and vegetables is a delicious spicy dish that combines chicken, mushrooms, baby corn and spinach in an amazing curry coconut sauce. There are many different versions of curry, most of which use a combination of curry seasoning and coconut milk for the sauce. To make this dish a bit on the lighter side I used a combination of curry, chicken broth and lite coconut milk. Hi, lila i will try this recipe , i'm mexican but i'm trying to cook more helthy i recently cook orange chiken and i really loved it , also i did a bok choy salad with olie oil and garlic and love it too , i have a a question for you : is this recipe too sweet?

We love curry; especially with chicken. But curry does have a strong taste and smell to it, so it takes some getting used to. You did a really good job with this video. Thanks

My husband doesn't like curry either. I usually just make it when we have friends over. I actually don't use oyster sauce in my wonton soup. I mainly use just chicken broth,sherry, ground pepper, green onion, and sometimes ginger. I'll be posting a video on this soon, but you can go to bellaonline's Chinese food site and search wonton soup and my recipe will come up :)

I'm the only one that likes curry in my family, as before I met my husband I'm with now, I lived in England for about three years, and Chinese curry is huge over there, much more then in America. I want to try this recipe. Do you have a Wonton Soup recipe? I saw a different person's video of it on here, and it looked difficult. Also it required oyster sauce, any way I can eliminate the seafood parts?

I went to bellaonline and tried quite a few of your recipes.I made the crispy fish, ginger chicken, mongolian beef, and pork with cucumbers.I loved everything!I can't wait to try more recipes.
