Hi anuja and Hetal, I like this rotli's very much as I m gujarati bt there r few problem which i face while making this rotlis is the dough softness..hw soft this dough should be? and as i dont hv the gas stove, hw should i prepare it on electric stove having round coils?I tried to make this rotlis on med heat and jst lightly damp it vth cloth as it does not hv flame bt still it becomes dry soon..cn u please help me to solve this problem..

: Do you mean tortillas? No, they are Indian flatbread, they look like tortillas and are made in a similar fashion but taste a bit different and are thinner than tortillas.

if u cant find indian store than here is the trick.....rolling pin u can find in the super market,store ghee in glass jar and instead of metal circle u can use wood circle cutting board...........okeydokey
