Why trim the fat off after the steak was finished?...that is most definitely one of the flavor centers of bbq steak....otherwise great sauce recipe... 12Zwolf (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)

Rib eye is my favorite cut. I found that I can save some money at the supermarket by just buying a prime rib and cutting it into steaks. Also, a note about Lea and Perrins Worcestershire sauce, they changed their recipe and it is not as good as it used to be (unless you can get your hands on the British one). There is a Japanese condiment called Bulldog sauce which is very similar to Worcestershire, except it is richer and thicker. So far I have only seen it in Asian specialty stores. callscott1 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
