I live with my dad... my mom [who I lived with just me and her] passed away a year ago would teach me how to cook, but it was always filipino food... My dadd knows how to cook, but doesnt really 'teach' me... he just tells me, and expects me to know how to cook because im 21. This isnt just great for single dads, but great for growing teens or young adults who have had parents who didnt teach their kids how to cook. and my bf doesnt know how to cook, so this helps =]

Thanks for posting this. I'm gonna have to break out the crock pot. I"m loving your beautiful stove. Pretty much puts my vintage jenn air cooktop with only one working burner to shame.
