We are able to use so little meat now, and my cholesterol is back to normal for the first time since 1988. But my spouse is a manual laborer, so he gets meat on days when he works. The spinach is "shag" in India and with a lot of rice, this dish could be WAY frugal and serve many. There are many types of curry powder, and red curry on a fried steak makes it taste as though it has been cooked in wine, I dunno why, but wow, less is more!
