Ah yes, in the ideal world, this is so. I agree. However, I am trying to give people ideas as to how to make this dish a bit faster. Most people do not know that they can buy dough from their local pizza parlor. Having kids of my own, I know what it is like to try to get it all done in a day. Sometimes I just have to take a shortcut. Thanks so much for your feedback!

If you're going to make your pizza dough fresh then you should make it from scratch...not go to your favorite pizza store and ask them for dough.
