YOU GUYS ROCK! You make a super cool team. As your other recipes, i also liked this recipe a lot. Looks like it is mangoes' season now, they are available for 5 for a dollar. I bought 10 this morning, used them instead of pulp, whipped fresh cream and made this icecream today. :):) Its awwwesome. I added few almond slivers and just only a drop of rose essence and as well. Thanks lot - indeed to Vani - too. :)

Chill 13 oz. of evaporated milk in the refrigerator overnight, or at least 12 hours. Combine the chilled evaporated milk with 1 tsp. lemon juice and beat with an electric mixer. Continue whipping until the mix reaches your desired consistency or stiffness
