Traditionally it's cooked in a tandoor oven but many of us don't own one, so here I show you my naan recipe, and two cooking techniques that will give you great results. Give it a go! you idiot the whole of the world uses grams america is the only country using cups..... we don't even use cups in the uk we use imperial weights, but we still understand the metric system... cause the whole world uses it!!!!!!!!!!

when you use fresh yeast instead of dry the amount you need is the double.for example.if the recipe says 20gr dry yeast you will use 40gr fresh yeast.hope i helped...im studing bakery so i know this for sure.!!

Who uses grams? Did this recipe twice cause this man didn't want to say how many cups of flour to use, and it was to watery.
