Naan, like many Indian foods is a worldwide favourite. Traditionally it's cooked in a tandoor oven but many of us don't own one, so here I show you my naan recipe, and two cooking techniques that will give you great results. Give it a go! when you use fresh yeast instead of dry the amount you need is the double.for example.if the recipe says 20gr dry yeast you will use 40gr fresh yeast.hope i helped...im studing bakery so i know this for sure.!! TheOneEcylpse (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)

Made this tonight and it was great, thank you for sharing it with the youtube world. Would you be able to substitue the yoghurt with something else? I'm dairy-free!
