| Joe Rogan: Health, Kale Shake Recipe, Vitamin Supplements
Joe Rogan gives his insight on health, drinking and making the kale shake that Kevin James turned him on to, and his daily vitamin supplement regimen. From VIDEO BLOG #12 at www.joerogan.net.I've tried the shake myself and it is quite doable. I also put cranberries and swap out pears for apples, and I also like adding fresh orange. Flavor it with the type of fruit you like and you can get it down. Think of it as medicine, or as Joe says a "TASK". It's not going to be like a milkshake, but the power you get is well worth the taste and effort. Thanks for posting this Joe!Vitamix on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/mn/searc... I drink green smoothies too, but I would definitely toss a bit of water or juice in there so it's easier to drink. That's too thick for me. jc86121 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
So does anyone think this would be good if made the night before and refrigerated?
