hey i like the video! just want to point out that the grip for the knife isn't proper because over time you might develop carpal tunnel problems.

Another great dish!!! This one has be drooling all over my keyboard! I love noodle soups and they are even better if they are Asian inspired... Chinese, Thai, Japanese, yummy! I love all the flavors I have to give this a try ASAP! Thanks for sharing!
