Well it's winter in Australia, so time to break out the stews. You can add extra vegetables to this such as carrots and celery. Give this one a go, it's very tasty and very easy to make. Please comment and rate my video :)Share With Friends - http://www.youtube.com/share?u... - http://www.youtube.com/subscri... for extra hints and tips- http://www.facebook.com/pages/... - http://twitter.com/AussieGrill... 1kg diced beef1 chopped onion4-6 medium potatoes200g chopped bacon2 cloves diced garlic1 cup beef stock1 cup vegetable stock1 heaped tablespoon tomato paste½ beer -- amber or dark ale1/3 cup flourPepperOilI hope you enjoy! :)

Another solution would be to put ND-filter on the camera. It's like sunglasses for the lens. Won't catch fire as easily as sheets of linnen =).

I do a fair bit of it. Both camping and on the charcoal bbq, it's easy just to treat the charcoal like a camp fire.
