use regular vinegar but try to get the apple cider one (flavour). Heinz makes it. you can get that almost anywhere in the states

great base sauce guys lovin it....surprised you didnt add any liquid smoke but great base none the less and everybody should make there own bbq sauce in my opinion. emmm emmm that looked goood! ;)

go to the supermarket and buy a bottle of liquid smoke....i would add about 1/2 a tspn because it is very strong...add more to taste. this bbq sauce recipe is a great base. i think wut your missing is that smokey flava...could add a touch of honey as well depends on your taste. hope you try this again..
